Please understand that by contacting me for a commission you are agreeing to these terms. 

Payment, refunds and art usage: 

 

Payment is USD and taken through paypal, ko-fi or cashapp only. (Cashapp is my preference.)

 

I do not offer refunds once final artwork is completed. I provide progress pictures throughout the commission process and will deliver wips when asked. (Please allow up to 24 hours for me to respond to any requests.) 

Typically I will send a sketch for approval between each phase of working on the artwork.

I like to be able to communicate throughout the entire process so if you need any fixes please do not be afraid to ask. (I am on Discord and telegram, or we can talk through e-mail) 

 

With the sketch stage I allow up to 5 free fixes - Lineart I offer 3 fixes and - and in coloring I offer 2 free fixes. Beyond these fixes I will have to charge $2 per extra fix. 

Refunds: 

The amount you will get back in refund reflects the amount of work on your commission. If a refund is asked for during the sketch stage, the client will get a 90% refund.

If the client asks for a refund during lining, they will receive a 70% refund. 

If the client asks for a refund during the coloring process, they will receive a 50% refund. 

 

If for any reason I as the artist decide I cannot complete the work in an agreeable timeframe, or I feel that I am not delivering art to the best of my ability I will cancel the commission and offer a full refund regardless how far along I am in the commission. 

 

I reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. 
As the artist I am able to post finished artwork in any of my galleries and use any finished artwork as examples for future commissions. I will always post the watermarked version and credit the client for any personal characters when able. 
As the client you are able to post the artwork done for you to any of your socials etc. A link back to my site or socials isn't expected but I ask that you post the watermarked versions publicly and do not remove/crop out my credit. 

I do not do commercial work and I do not allow my artwork to be used to produce NFTS or AI. All commissioned work is for personal use only.

 

What I will and will not draw: 

I am a SFW artist with the exception of gore. 

What I will not draw: (this list is subject to change at any time. Some things are on this list due to me not wanting to offer them as commissions at the moment. In the future I may feel comfortable drawing some of the things listed. 

 

Sexual content of any sort. 

Fetish work. 

Humans or humanoid characters. 

Complex backgrounds. 

Cars. 

Hate art. 

 

What I will draw: 
Anthro/feral characters. 

Pets. 

Wildlife. 

Fan characters. (Animal related characters - mlp, pokemon etc.) 

Horror related art. 

Cartoon gore.  
Simple backgrounds.
